LOVE Architecture!

Designing places people love

Karen Feeney MRIAI, Registered Architect, Edenderry, 087 2602848

All buildings subconsciously evoke emotions. By understanding this concept, we can control our built environment in such a way that our buildings not only keep us safe and warm but can also induce desired feelings to enhance our lives. A well-designed Architectural space will employ materials, light, forms, and rhythm to achieve moods or feelings such as excitement, stillness, joy, or tranquillity. Without this design skill, many built environments can accidentally make negative spaces. Most large corporations harness this potential of Architecture to sell their products and services. Correctly designed spaces perform like precision machines, improving the lives or businesses of their occupants.  Here at LOVE Architecture, we can unlock the desired potential in all buildings, especially people’s homes, which matter most.

Architecture is a powerful tool, let us guide you on how to use it to your advantage.

At LOVE ARCHITECTURE, we love our job! We have passion for what we do, we pay attention to detail, and pay attention to the needs of our clients. These are essential attributes in any business, but especially Architecture. How our buildings make us feel (excellent, good, okay or bad), can change our day, or business, our income or even change our entire life experience.

“All blocks cost the same price, it's where you put those blocks that add joy, brightness, design impact, economy, and quality of life to a building.

That is the value our Architects will bring to your building.”

- Karen Feeney

Why “LOVE ARCHITECTURE”?

Nature:

I am an empath by nature. The word love resonates with what I do. I would often stay up all night, pushing myself to get a design right. Visualising myself inside and outside every aspect of the building, understanding the client’s needs, understanding their budget and refining all aspects of the job until it is designed right and can be easily built.

Experience:

My experience of over 25 years in the industry as both a registered Architect and a Technician accounts for an excellent understanding of construction technology as well as design.

Exclusive solutions:

We constantly monitor the evolution of construction products and new technologies to develop the most up-to-date design solutions that fit the reality of 21st-century design. We like to maximise the use of every site. Land is expensive

Our Tools:

We use 3-D modelling software and the BIMx Mobile app, which allows you to explore and study your own architectural design interactively on your iOS and Android mobile devices. These sophisticated tools inform the client better than 2D flat drawings. They also allow for Sun Studies, Building Walkthroughs and Life Like Renderings. All these tools help clients in their decision-making processes and understanding of the building.

100% client orientation:

All our projects are designed to give you what you need. Having an Architect who is invested in you means a faster project timeframe and a far better planning success rate, which are both critical to your budget and time.

This is what commitment means to us and what we put into practice. We put ourselves in your shoes, assume your needs, define boundaries and targets, and achieve them. There is no other alternative which will give a more successful outcome.

 Return On Investment (ROI):

Upon completion, our projects result in bright cheerful buildings, that people will love to occupy. We strive for excellent use of space and energy efficiency. Our designs add economic improvement to your property. If you go to sell or rent your house or business, your ROI will be significantly higher than on a lesser-quality design building.
